Refund/Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes circumstances change and you may need to cancel or request a refund for our web design services. Here's our policy for refunds and cancellations:

Cancellation Policy: If you decide to cancel your web design project, please let us know as soon as possible. If the cancellation is made before the work has begun, we'll provide a full refund of any deposit or payment made. If the cancellation is made after the work has begun, the amount of refund will be decided on a case-by-case basis, depending on the amount of work already completed.

Refund Policy: If you're not satisfied with our web design services, please let us know as soon as possible. We'll work with you to resolve any issues and make things right. If a refund is necessary, we'll provide a refund for any unused portion of the service, based on a prorated amount of work completed. However, please note that we won't be able to issue a refund for any work that has already been completed.

Please note that any third-party expenses, such as domain name registration fees, hosting fees, or software license fees, are not refundable.
